This list is made both for men and women.
Typically female or male stuff I have marked with F (female) and M (male).

Pants
One training suit for transport (males can use it as underpants). One pair of jeans or other kind of pants and 2 pair of shorts (M- they can bathe in one of them).

T-shirts
3 of them should be enough.

Sweaters
Two sweaters (thin and thick). Together you can wear them instead of jacket. I had brought my jean shirt once but its buttons had been pinching me all night (Bojana).

Underwear
M - three pairs of boxershorts.
F - when you make a choice bear in mind that you will probably dry it on public places. 6 pairs of panties and 2 bras. One swimming suit.

Socks
Three pairs of cotton socks should be enough, especially if you often wear sandals/slippers. F- if you find enough space, bring one pair of warm socks. They will be useful when the nights are cold.

Pyjamas
I like to bring my pyjamas although I know it’s crazy (a luxury).

Clothes for special occasions
One T-shirt and one pair of pants (F- one T-shirt and one skirt/dress) can be useful in “special occasions”.

Shoes
In my opinion, sneakers are the best. When you choose them, bear in mind that they will have to sustain the rain as well as he sun, that you will have to wear them in special occasions, and that you can clean them easily. Don’t go in the shoes that haven’t been broken into or you will get blisters.

Sandals / slippers
They can be useful when the showers are dirty, for the beach and for the rain. They shouldn’t absorb water or they’ll get moldy if you pack them wet and they will start to stink.
