Personal hygiene

Shampoo
It is best to use a shampoo to take a bath (it dissolves even in the salt water). Personally, I can’t go without soap so I bring it, too.

Towels
Choose a small towel. It should absorb well but it shouldn’t be too thick (because it will dry slowly). If you plan to go to the beach, bring another towel, but bigger (it should also be thin).

Trifle things
A toothbrush and a toothpaste, deodorant, sun lotion, toilet paper, scissors, razor,
M - a shaving foam
F - a nail file, nippers, a comb and bobby pins.

Females' set for personal hygiene
Choose the ones that can be used for personal parts of your body. If you can’t find these, you can use the ones made for babies.

Wet towelettes
Choose the ones you can clean your intimate body parts with. If you cannot find those, baby-tissues are gonna do as well.

Tampons
Beside the napkins you should also bring the tampons. They are far more comfortable and you can swim as if everything's normal. You can try them at home if you don’t know how to use them.

Something that will be a basin
I have a round plastic vessel that I had bought at the market to keep my food in (21cm in diameter, profundity- 10cm, capacity- about 2.5l). Of course, I’ve never packed it empty (that would’ve been crazy), I’ve filled it with other stuff. If you have a better idea…

Kitchen
You can use the shampoo you had brought to wash the dishes, a sponge (with a rough side), a cloth and two cotton cloths (one will be your tablecloth and the other you can use for wiping).

Clothes
Use the shampoo again! :)
