Grza (Kučaj mountains)

Mountain home Djordje Živković (480m)

Location: near the hot spring of the river Grza
Configuration: building with ground floor (kitchen, dining room, toilet, subsidiary rooms), the first floor (rent able rooms), and second floor (rooms). Large terrace on the first floor. Quite pretty establishment which has unfortunately dilapidated. Maintenance is the main problem.
Capacity: 40 beds (together with rent able rooms). The first floor: rooms with 2 and 4 beds. Second floor: rooms with 4 to 12 beds.
Conveniences: electricity, flowing water, nearby one can find spring water. Dining room is heated by a stove, there is no heating in the rooms. The kitchen is equipped for preparation and consummation of food. Visitors can only use it in agreement with the host (when checking in).
Environment: deciduous forest

Accommodation: during the summer the mountain home is opened and out of season according to circumstances, relatively to the groups announcement.
Accommodation price: 1.3 € for members of Mountaineering Association of Serbia, 1.8 € for others (2002).
